What are the washing instructions for embroidered products?
Care Instructions:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash on a delicate or cold cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors.
- Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softener.
- Do not wash with items that could damage embroidery (such as those with zippers, etc.).
- Dry immediately on low heat or air dry.
- For appliqué fabric, press with a warm iron as needed to keep the fabric smooth.
- Sequin & Puff Embroidered Items: Wash inside out on delicate and lay flat to dry.

Production & Turnaround Time
Production and Turnaround Time refers to the time required to complete an order and does not include shipping time. Shipping time will be calculated separately.
Turnaround Time (TAT) begins every Monday. Orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight CST to be processed within the Monday order cycle. For example, if an order is placed on Wednesday, the TAT will begin the following Monday. If an order is placed on a Monday, TAT will begin the following Monday.
Turnaround times are an estimate and may vary with number of orders, season, product inventory and individual items. Embroidery is a lengthy method of apparel decoration, and high order volume can affect turnaround times. Please allow time for any unforeseen production or shipping delays.
What is your current turnaround time?
Due to the personalized nature of our items, our current production time is approximately 21 Business Days unless otherwise noted.
Some items may have longer or shorter production times that will be clearly stated in the product listing (example: personalized embroidery, bulk orders, etc.)
Turnaround times are subject to change during peak seasons.
Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
If I combine items that have different turnaround times, when will my order ship?
If your order contains items with different turnaround times, it will be shipped based on the longest stated turnaround time. We do not ship items separately; all items in an order will be shipped together. We encourage you to place separate orders for items that have different turnaround times to prevent delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I make changes to my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to make any changes once an order is placed. This includes address modifications, sizes, quantities, personalization, and more. Please carefully review all selections before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
If you must make changes to your order, the entire order will need to be canceled and reordered with the corrections. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for more details.
Can I add to my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to add items to existing orders. If you'd like to purchase additional items, you will need to place a separate order. We are unable to combine orders and ship them together.
Can I cancel my order?
Effective January 2026, once an order has been placed, there is a strict no-cancellation policy.
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS and UPS.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. The address provided will be used exactly as entered for the shipping label.
If a product is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost to re-ship the item.
Custom Creations by Jeri does not guarantee delivery dates, as final delivery is handled by a third-party service and out of our control. Dates shown at checkout are estimates only.
Return Policy
At Custom Creations by Jeri, we take great pride in our products. However, due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Mistakes on Our End:
If there is a mistake on our part (such as wrong item, size, monogram, color, thread color, etc.) or damages to items (holes, etc.), please contact us within 48 HOURS of the delivery date. We can verify the delivery date using tracking information. If necessary, the item must be returned for inspection as requested by us.
Used or Worn Items:
Returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be granted for items that have been used or worn. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item returned to you, you must cover the shipping costs via invoice.
Replacement & Refunds:
If the item is eligible for replacement, no refund will be issued, and the item will be remade. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed. Please note that when we remake an item, only the error will be corrected—no changes (such as thread color, size, etc.) will be made. We strongly encourage you to double-check all selections when ordering.
Color & Fabric Variations:
Due to varying monitor settings, the colors of thread and products may appear differently in person. Thread swatches and product photos are representations of colors, and an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, fabric patterns may vary with each item.
